Refund policy
This refund policy sets out the conditions under which a purchase made from Abyssal Interactive may be eligible for a refund. It complements our Terms of Use.
1. General Principle
In accordance with our Terms of Use, purchases of virtual currency and virtual items are by default final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law. Virtual currency has no monetary value in the real world.
2. Right of Withdrawal
For buyers residing in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by consumer law applies to digital content, subject to the following conditions:
- The right of withdrawal may be exercised as long as the digital content has not begun to be performed or downloaded.
- By requesting immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no pro-rata refund is due for the current period, unless legally required.
3. Purchases via Platforms
Purchases made through a third-party platform (Steam, App Store, Google Play, consoles) are subject to that platform's refund policy. Any request relating to such purchases must be addressed directly to the platform concerned.
4. How to Request a Refund
For any eligible request relating to a purchase made directly from Abyssal Interactive, contact us at [email protected], specifying the transaction reference, the date of purchase and the reason for the request. Each request is reviewed individually.
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable time after the request is accepted.
